About
Ronit Cohen Zalika
Ronit is a former dancer, psychologist, and life coach who dedicates her life to body-centered research that integrates her two core passions: embodiment through movement and total well-being.

She is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor, a NIA-Art of Sensation practitioner, and trained in Dance Movement Therapy, Authentic Movement, and Conscious Embodiment.
Ronit holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Tel Aviv University. She also completed an extensive three-year Dance Movement Therapy (DMT) graduate program (2020-2023) at the 92NY Harkness Dance Center, under the direction of DMT pioneer and mentor Professor Miriam Roskin Berger.
Her somatic approach to physical and emotional well-being is based on the belief that by living and communicating within the space of our bodies, we can expand our awareness to all that is within and around us, achieving full presence and self-healing.

In addition, Ronit facilitates Movement Dialogue sessions, which are designed to enhance creativity, self-discovery, and kinesthetic empathy by harnessing the wisdom of the body to express itself through movement.
